Think more clearly.
Decide with confidence.
I work individually with people facing an important professional decision, a career change, or a moment of overload. I understand the realities of large organisations particularly well — for over 20 years I led teams and projects across international environments on 5 continents.
Balance does not mean perfect equilibrium every day.
It means reconnecting with what truly matters — in this specific moment.
In coaching, mentoring and consulting work, I am not looking for a ready-made prescription — I am looking for the point of balance between what you need, what you are responsible for, and what is possible. That is why the starting point is always a conversation: a space to sort out your thinking, see the situation from another angle, and choose your next step.
Do any of these situations sound familiar?
I do not work from templates — every engagement starts from the specific situation you bring. Here are the most common ones.
“I got promoted. And instead of satisfaction — I have doubts.”
A new role, new responsibility, new expectations. What was supposed to be a success now requires redefining yourself professionally. Sound familiar?
“I know something has to change. I just do not know what yet.”
Growing exhaustion, loss of direction, the feeling that what used to make sense no longer does. Or simply: you are at a crossroads and need someone to think out loud with.
Most common format: coaching
“I have a decision to make. And too many variables.”
Changing company, reorganising, stepping into a new role, deciding on your own business. Something you cannot discuss inside your organisation — and you need someone who knows the corporate world from the inside.
Most common format: consulting or mentoring
Your situation is different? Write to me — and we will figure out together whether I can help.
Three forms of collaboration
The format is not a product to buy upfront. We decide on it together in our first session — based on what you bring and what will be most useful for you.
Individual coaching
When you know something must change — but you do not yet know what or how. Coaching is a space where you can think out loud, without judgement and without ready-made answers. I do not hand you solutions. I help you reach your own — and check whether you really want what you think you want.
When it makes sense
- you are facing a career change and do not have clarity on the direction
- you have a decision you keep circling back to with no option feeling right
- you feel you are acting reactively — rather than by choice
- you need someone to think with, without a filter
How it works
We start with a first session, in which we set a shared goal and the format of our work. Usually a series of sessions — online or in Wrocław, at a pace adapted to your life. ICF standards: ethics, confidentiality, contract.
What you take away
- clarity in decisions that previously felt impossible to make
- steadiness — not as an emotion, but as a foundation for action
- concrete insights you can return to

Book a session →Professional mentoring
When you need not just space to think — but also the experience of someone who has been in a similar place. In mentoring, I tell you plainly what I see. I bring the perspective of over 20 years working in organisational environments across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I do not offer ready recipes — but I do not hide what I would do in your position either.
When it makes sense
- you are stepping into a new role and want to avoid the typical mistakes
- you have a situation you cannot discuss inside your organisation
- you need someone who knows the mechanics of large organisations from the inside
- coaching alone is not enough — you also want someone else's view
How it works
We agree on a topic and a goal. We meet regularly or intensively around a single challenge — depending on what you need. There is no fixed template. Mentoring is by definition adapted to the situation, not to a schema.
An important note
Mentoring is not legal or financial advisory work. I do not tell you what to sign or how much to invest. I tell you what I would do — and why. You know your context better than I do.
Have a situation that is hard to discuss inside your organisation?
Let’s talk →Strategic decision consulting
When the decision is too big to keep postponing and too complex to make alone. We are not looking for a quick answer. We are looking for a good decision — one you will be able to justify to yourself and others, and that you will not keep second-guessing.
When it makes sense
- deciding to change professional direction or reorganise your work
- stepping into a new role with significant responsibility
- a strategic decision where you cannot afford to get it wrong
- situations where you see many options — and each has serious consequences
How it works
I start with diagnosis: what is actually a decision and what is noise around it. Then we map scenarios, define a frame and criteria. Sometimes one intensive session is enough. Sometimes a few weeks of work. The format depends on the scale of the decision.
What you take away
- a decision you can justify — to yourself and to others
- an end to the mental circling around the topic
- a clear plan for the first steps after choosing your direction
Have a decision that is holding you back?
Let’s look at it together →What the global data says about coaching
Coaching is not a motivational conversation. It is a proven methodology of change — used by the world's largest organisations.

Three steps to the first session
No intake forms or pre-session questionnaires. It starts with a conversation.
You write to me
Briefly — with what you are bringing. You do not need a fully formed topic or defined problem. It is enough to know that something needs a conversation.
You book a session
A session lasts 50 minutes and costs 50 EUR — paid online at booking. You pick a convenient time in the calendar on the contact page — online or in Wrocław. In the session you tell me what you are bringing, and I say what I see and what way of working I propose.
We begin — or we do not
If there is a good fit — we agree on a goal, format, and rhythm. If not — I point you to someone who can help better. I do not keep anyone in a process that does not serve them.
What this work is not
Plainly stated, to avoid any misunderstanding.
Psychotherapy
I work with people who are functioning professionally and dealing with concrete career questions and choices. If what you bring concerns mental health, crisis, or trauma — I will help you find the right specialist.
Financial or legal advice
I will not tell you what to sign, how much to invest, or how to file your taxes. I help you reach a good decision — more calmly and with more clarity. No quick-fix techniques, no ready-made answers.
If I see in our first session that what you need lies outside my area of work — I will tell you so directly and point you to someone who can help better.
Let’s see if it makes sense to start
You tell me what you are bringing — I say what I see and what I propose. We decide together whether to move forward.
